Dried mushrooms must meet moisture specs (typically <12%). Fresh mushrooms should be harvested at optimal maturity.
We test every batch. Pesticide-free growing methods are preferred and will fetch premium prices from our buyers.
Substrate should be free of contamination. We prefer straw, sawdust, or grain-based growing for culinary mushrooms.
Uniform size and colour grading is preferred. We can assist with basic post-harvest sorting if needed.
Deliver in food-safe bags or crates. We'll provide packaging guidelines after onboarding.
