Our MOQ starts at 1 kg for trial orders so you can test quality first. For regular export orders the typical MOQ is 10 kg per SKU. Bulk container orders (100 kg+) get the best per-kg pricing.

We currently supply buyers in the US, EU (Germany, Netherlands, France, Italy), UAE, Singapore, Japan, Australia, and UK. We can export to most countries subject to their import regulations.

Yes. Every batch is tested by an NABL-accredited third-party lab. The Certificate of Analysis covers beta-glucan content, heavy metals, pesticide residue, and microbial safety. We share the COA before shipment.

We are FSSAI licensed, APEDA registered (for agricultural exports), and hold an IEC (Import Export Code) issued by DGFT. We issue phytosanitary certificates for all shipments and can provide organic certification on select products.

Absolutely. We offer paid samples (1–5 kg) at cost price. The sample cost is credited against your first bulk order. This is the best way to verify quality, colour, aroma, and bioactive levels before committing.

Air freight: 3–7 business days to most destinations. Sea freight: 15–30 days depending on destination port. We work with established freight forwarders and can arrange door-to-door or port-to-port as required.

We offer bulk bags (5 kg, 10 kg, 25 kg), retail pouches, vacuum-sealed, nitrogen-flushed, and white-label packaging. Custom branding and private label is available for orders above 25 kg per SKU.

For new buyers: 50% advance, 50% before dispatch. For repeat buyers with established trust: 30% advance, 70% on BL copy. Large volume buyers may qualify for net-30 terms after 3 successful orders.

Our Cordyceps militaris dual-extract powder typically tests at 25–40% beta-glucans and 0.2–0.4% cordycepin, depending on the batch. COA is available with each shipment.

Our Shiitake is cultivated on natural wood logs (oak/beech sawdust), which produces higher lentinan content compared to synthetic substrate. We do not supply wild-harvested Shiitake.

Some of our farm partners are working towards organic certification. Currently we can supply pesticide-free mushrooms with residue test reports. Fully organic certified supply is available for select SKUs — enquire for details.

Properly dried mushrooms: 12–24 months in sealed packaging. Extract powders: 18–24 months in vacuum-sealed, moisture-proof bags stored below 25°C. All products are labelled with manufacture and best-before dates.

Yes. We work with farmers of all sizes. Even a 100 sq ft cultivation unit can be a supplier. What matters is consistency and quality, not scale.

Prices are agreed upfront based on quality grade, species, and volume. We review pricing quarterly and share export market movements with our partners transparently.

We buy both fresh and dried, depending on the species and our current buyer orders. We have processing capacity and can often accept fresh produce if you're located near our operations.
