FAQ — Shiitake Mushrooms

Donko are the thick, partially-opened caps with cracked tops, considered premium and treated as the premium grade. Koshin are flat, fully-opened caps — better for slicing and powder. We supply both.

Yes. Our supplement-grade powder is mesh 80–120, beta-glucan tested, and packaged in food-grade vacuum bags inside fibre drums.

For fresh, we ship within India and select international destinations (UAE, Singapore) by air. For longer routes we recommend dried.
